Can someone put this in better understanding for me; Pslam 37.3?

You know those moments when you're like, "oh my goodness, I just understood excatly what that means"? from my opinion, the statement is refering to human nature as we like to "think" we know it all and understand it all, however, if we let and trust the actual author be free to explain it, it may be seen and understood in a different light. The bible in itself is a awsome, wonderful and mystical book, its only meant to be understood by those who truly want the truth. Hence the reason why so many ppl think it doesnt make any sence...
