Ok I can't see the picture that you are talking about but I can help you anyway.This is how I learn to do all my hairstyles...Go on youtube and in the search type what you want to learn.For example you would type how to wave hair tutorials....and for sure you will find tons of vidoe how to's....I love it!! try it.I also youtube on makeup application its the best! See how it goes.Most likely she did use a triple barrel waver, but did you know there is more that one way to use those things? I learned that on Youtube.
