Is anyone familiar with Neurofibromotosis Type 1

I have NF1. Basically it is a genetic disease, some ppl suffer greatly from this disease, thankfully, for me I have only some cafe au lait birth marks on my body for the most part. But one of the symptoms is tumor like growths that can grow anywhere on your body, well I have gotten 1. It is fairly small maybe the size of a nickle. I have no insurance and all the places I have called for removal want me to come for a consultation. Thing is, I do not have the money for a consulation for them to tell me they can't do it. I did that b4 and well wasted 150 bucks. They referred me to someone else, but they wouldn't touch it either, another 100 bucks gone. So if anyone knows who I should call, or the type of medical facility I should call I would appreciate it greatly
