Should GW Bush take responsibility for the daily killings in iraq? Should Bush be put in jail as war criminal?

Yes he should. He violated international law by invading iraq and continues to violate the geneva convention on human rights by calling his prisoners "illegal combatants" by doing this they dont fall under the restrictions of any existing human rights conventions and he can do what ever the hell he likes with them - basically dehumanising them like the Nazis did to the Jews.
