Should I goto the hospital?I'm pregnant & have had 3 day's of back pain.?

My back's been acheing 3 day's now. My mucous plug came out 4 day's ago after I got my membrane's scd the day before. And now I'm leaking a clear sometime's yellow slime constant??? what's going on? and do I goto the hospital?
