Do you think i am overreacting/being selfish?

I have been dating this person for 5 years we are engaged and will be married when we both get our careers together. I will graduate in about 2 years as an elementary teacher. My fiance lived with me for two years & just recently got a job causing him to move in w/his uncle in order to be picked up by the work truck in the morning. I have spent almost everyday for the past 3 or 3 yrs together with him.so its hard to adjust to the little time 2gether now. He leaves for work @ 5am & doesnt get back sometimes until 7ish pm. he is so tired he wants to sleep almost as soon as he gets home. so our time together is very limited. he was going to take a test to be a fireman in a 1yr 1/2, but now he is talking about possibly staying with this company & this schedule for life and becoming a supervisor.I am happy he is working steady but, i dont see that being healthy for our relationship & possible family in the future never spending ne time besides the weekend. he says i am being ridiculous.???
