Spanish profanity question? "Tell-uh-TIE-us"?

I know a guy who speaks fluent Spanish. Every night before he leaves work, he says something to all of the women (thank God I don't work there, just give him a ride home) and he says that the phrase "tell-uh-TIE-us" or "tal-uh-TIE-us" (that's not how it's spelled, it's how it's pronounced) means "Wash your p*ssy". Could someone please clarify or tell me how to spell the phrase in Spanish? I can't find a translator that translates slang or profanity.
