What is your view of the soul? Meaning: origins, parts, destiny, etc.?

I believe as a Kemetic Pagan that a particular deity created each individual's soul, I believe that the soul is comprised of two parts called the ba and ka. The ba is the eternal part of the soul that never dies, while the ka is the individual person, and that part can die if you fail to be a good person in life. I believe the ba keeps generating reincarnate ka until we get it right.
