Is this 2005 Scion TC a good first car?

Hi at first I wanted a civic si. But the price was a little high for me. Than I found this Scion TC. for only 10k that is Supercharged. I dont really care about speed but I do want something with a little bit of it. D you think I could get it for a lower price maybe 7-8k? Also how fast is it with supercharge? Also it comes wit life time free maintenance and has warranty up to 100k. The car is now 60k miles.
