Besides USA, Russia, Israel, South Africa, China and North Korea, who has nuclear weapons?

The balance of military power often is just who has the Hydrogen bomb and the Atomic bomb. It seems to me that money itself doesn't provide superiority, nor does oil or gold or arable land, the historical commodities that gave might to nations. Though oil is the recent reason for starting wars, it's whether or not you have the BOMB that is the deterrent. Nevertheless, N. Korea is using it as a threat to get what it wants. Iran is threatening to Israel and American targets as soon as it gets the bomb and Israel says it's prepared to bomb Iran if it has intelligence to support the idea that Iran is close to making enriched uranium. Osama bin Laden attacked the USA even though it has the BOMB. Was he depending on peer pressure and uming that the USA would not use it because of public opinion? Or, was he attacking without nuclear bombs and so umed that retaliation would be a non-nuclear affair and thus he was safe.
