A great place for a cheap, but good sandwich downtown Minneapolis?

I am going out to lunch with a friend soon that i haven't seen in a very long time. I want to go for lunch and grab a sandwich in a comfortable environment. And the place shouldn't be like d'amicos, it should have a service staff. I am on a budget so lets keep it low!
