If Obama cares about Africa, why is he accepting HUGE donations from third world fundraisers?

I was wondering where his record amounts of donations were coming from. It seems like there is something behind the scenes going on to make sure he gets into office. Foreign contributions should not be allowed.Isn't that like trying to buy into our government, what are they getting in return? Thousands of people losing their homes, economy in the toilet, which don't even compare to what citizens of a third world country have to live with, and he is raising record amounts of donations $150 million last month i think it was. Just disgusts me.
