MasterLock Speed Dial!?

Ok,so I got the Speed Dial for school ( locker ) but now,I put in my new code,then,put the lug to the bottom,and closed it,THEN I tried to open it back up later ( it had worked a little while before ) and it was stuck.I tried seeing if it might have added the two codes,didn't work.HELP!
