On Runescape, what monsters drop Abyssal Whips and capes other than the Calphite Queen and the KBD?

I'm training P2p attack and magic, so I was wanting some items that can add on my defense. I'm training on green dragons right now, but I need better drops. My magic level is 38, almost 39, and my atack is level 48. I'll be using a granite maul soon, but once I get enoug strength to use it I'll be back on magic. I can wear rune, defense level is 43, and I am currently wearing the sacred clay plate set and sword. Please help? I also have decent mining and smithing levels, so I'm open on the money situation.
