For certain reasons, will I be eligible for unemployment benefits if I resign?

Generally, you can't collect unemployment for leaving a job voluntarily but sometimes you can if you are fired for unjust cause. Now that can be difficult because you have to prove the injustice and your employer can fight you on getting the unemployment. I would do your best at keeping your job happy for now as far as taking days off and whatnot but if you feel you're being treated unfairly, take action. Many employers depend on their employees lack of knowledge about their own rights. Who's actually made these threats about firing you? Is it your immediate supervisor? Talk to this person about your concerns and see what you can find out. Ask if there is anything you are doing wrong, and, if so, what can you do to better it? If this this is ineffective, go up the chain of command to the next person in charge. Show them you're serious about your job and want to keep it. If you make all the efforts and still end up getting fired, contact your state department of labor and find out more about your rights and what you can do. In the mean time, just to be safe, look at some other job opportunities and see what you might have to fall back on if you should end up losing this job or decide to leave it.

Paranoid or pregnant?

Ok, I'm on the pill, I had full on friday 9th november and started having period like pains on thursday 15th november. These pains have continued on and off since. Could this be the start of pregnancy? I'm due on my period on thursday 29th november. I took two tests today (4 days before period is due) and they were both negative. I've been panicking ever since the pains started and have been doing lots of reading on the internet, I don't know if its all in my mind and I THINK I've got the pregnancy symptoms I've read about eg. SEEM darker, but I don't know if they actually are, (I never really looked at them before!) I have had breakthrough bleeding and pains in the past when I've been on the pill and so my doc put me on a different one. How soon after would conception occur? And then how long would it take to start getting symptoms? Please help!

Lol. First, you need a lesson in what country music is. Those two songs you listed are not country. And second, not every country singer sings about the country or has "corny" lines as you said. Check out George Strait. The majority of his songs don't talk about the country. He's got a lot of great songs. You can also check out Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, and singers like that. If you want some country with rock in it then try Eric Church, Jason Aldean, Jake Owen, Brantley Gilbert, Garth Brooks, Miranda Lambert, and Gretchen Wilson. There's plenty of other singers out there that don't always talk about the country, you just have to browse around and see what you like.

the customer participation ...but the others are to maintain the upkeep of the system..drivers,,detection for ink and quality of the printing...for updating the system...you have to choose what's important to you...it's good to get updates...but you can probably do that manually..the photosmart you can probably disable as well as the web printing and the supply...here's a suggestion...download Ccleaner..and a feature in ccleaner is in the tools tab where you can-go to start and the you can choose..just like you would with msconfig except without all the hle...what programs you want to start..

It depends on the country and it's culture I think. I came from Germany and adjusted just fine. When someone can't adjust to a new way of life and respect the culture then I believe it will cause problems. People who are not capable of the adjustment might join others like him or her and are more likely to join groups that will work against the country they have come to.

Big dogs attack me & my small dog?

I always keep my small dog on a lead unless I'm in the park & there's no other dogs around. We've been attacked twice now & I'm starting to get scared. Example: In park on lead, 2 dogs off lead gallop over to us. My dog growls & fur hackles, dogs retaliate so I pick my dog up & try to fend off other dogs. Why does this happen? Could milk be bothering newborn?

My Husband and I are at a loss. Our daughter will be 2 weeks old in 2 days. She has been going through nonstop hysterics every day for 5+ hours at a time. Last night she was up ALL night. I tried putting her down at 10pm and she didn't finally go to sleep until 5:30am. She wasn't screaming the whole time, but was wide awake. The night before, she fell asleep around 12:30. We have had some ok nights and some awful nights. She only seems to sleep about 7-8 hours every 24 hours which I know is not right. It is rare that she is awake and not screaming like she's in pain. Not just crying, but wailing hysterically and nothing can calm her. We have called the pediatrician a couple times and once they just said babies cry, take shifts and sooner or later she will cry herself to sleep. I didn't feel that was a good answer. The nurse today said try putting her in the carseat to sleep, we tried, that failed. I am wondering if maybe there is something in my milk that could be causing this. Might we have to switch to formula? I hate to do that, but if it calms her and she is not in pain it will be worth it. We feel awful and are at an absolute loss on what to do to help her.

But in Capitalism is it possible for everyone to get more money, or does someone have to lose money for you to get it. Is it actually possible to grow a pie in capitalism? Lets say we have the same technology like we do today 100 years from now and no more money is published, and prices are the same can someone create wealth with everyone creating it? Back pain in college....parents think chiropractic is "quack", should i continue? Does it work and affordable?

So I'm a nanny (aka carrying a lot of kids) and recently I had some pretty bad lower back pain however no immediate trauma that may have caused this. This dull ache has been going on for at least a month probably more. I decided to see a chirpractor. He was such a nice guy, took time to go over what was bothering me and did some diagnosis. He performed a spinal ysis machine and discovered my right side carries 12 pounds more than my left which made total sense to me. Also using another handheld machine and handheld diagnosis that my neck had a lot of tension and that could be pinching my nerve and causing my headaches. The cost was only $35 dollars and I have another appoitment to go over costs, plan of action, etc. However, when I called my mom she was like oh that's bull***t he just wants money, they're quacks and doesn't want to file to insurance. I believe in this however I'm in college, not financially set. Are they really quacks, can I even afford this, is it worth it

I have a 5mm kidney stone that has moved to my urethra, the pain is almost unbearable what can i do?

I was in the ER 12 days ago and the stone was high in the ureter, now it has moved all the way down to the urethra and it is attempting to get out or is stuck, I dont know. What I do know is the pain is almost unbearable and I am taking a strong narcotic along with a medicine for nausea. I have seen a urologist, but I have no health insurance so we are trying to manage with pain meds and lots of water, the alternative is surgery, a huge hospital bill and physician bill. Roofer removed my furnace vent and now expects me to pay him to reinstall one. What do I do?

When I bought my house 3 months ago the contract stated that the sellers would replace the roof. They did and 1 month after moving in I was in the attic and noticed the vent for the furnace was cut off and right above it there is new wood (where the vent used to go through the roof). The roofer says that the sellers asked him to remove the roof. The roofers gave a 5 year umable warranty on their workmanship. It seems to me that workmanship includes doing work that meets code and does not cause carbon monoxide to leak into the house and cause condensation to appear inside the roof (directly above what is left of the vent). My HVAC guy told me not to turn the furnace on until I get it revented. What should I do? Whose responsibility is it to fix the furnace vent? Thank you for your advice.

What is the best FOUNDATION?

I was using Revlon age defying lightweight makeup with botafirm (red cap in the squeeze tube). However, it is being discontinued. I've tried sooo many foundations and haven't found anything that has worked as well as Revlon. I need something that stays on all day. I have a pretty stressful job and I can't have any makeup meltdowns. Nothing too thick. A lightweight or tinted moisturizer would do but, it needs to stay on and have some coverage. Is anyone familiar with Neurofibromotosis Type 1

I have NF1. Basically it is a genetic disease, some ppl suffer greatly from this disease, thankfully, for me I have only some cafe au lait birth marks on my body for the most part. But one of the symptoms is tumor like growths that can grow anywhere on your body, well I have gotten 1. It is fairly small maybe the size of a nickle. I have no insurance and all the places I have called for removal want me to come for a consultation. Thing is, I do not have the money for a consulation for them to tell me they can't do it. I did that b4 and well wasted 150 bucks. They referred me to someone else, but they wouldn't touch it either, another 100 bucks gone. ive been practicing BJJ for about a year or so now, teaching myself techniques. ive nvr had professional lessons. i want to join a gym now but there are only japanese juijitsu gyms by me. if i were to start JJJ would it be a difficult transition or are the disciplines very similar? i really like BJJ and if the difference is dramatic i dont think i would like it as much.

I am a bit confused about the crate?

We just got her last night (we were supposed to get her on Feb. 9th, but the owner was tired of the puppies and started handing them out early) I am estimating that she is about 6 1/2 weeks old and whines hysterically if left alone or put in the box. I understand that she misses her momma and has to get used to us, etc. My mom is going to watch her for me while I go and get the crate and stuff. I only went and bought food to get us through the night- last night. OK, my questions, you said to play with her every other hour, so are they supposed to be in the crate for the hour we are not playing, or should we let her run around in the kitchen some? And it was stated on one of the posts to let her whine but for how long before we pick her up or give her attention, I mean this morning I thought I was gonna shake to death after a half hour of it and she was soo upset. My belly on ring is weird?

i can take it out monday. its been 4 weeks and hasnt gotten infected and i did everything im supposed to do. but just today when i woke up, its hard to move it around. you kow how you can slide it up and down? it wont do that. it does a little but it hurts. and its kinda itchy-the skin around it and on top of the 2 . i got a sunburn there and 2 days ago it started peeling so could that be why? if it's still like this monday im not changing it yet, just to be safe. but theres this whitish yellow goo coming from it. its really small, theres not a lot at all. i clean it with h2ocean and put saline solution on a q-tip to get rid of the crusties. but not the same time i use the h2ocean (purified ocean saltwater) i was told to do this and clean it 5-8 times a day. i clean it with h2ocean about 3 times a day though, cleaning it 8 was too much and it started to get red. when i cut down 2 weeks ago it got better. is this just from the sunburn and wait until its gone? and if not how do I fix it?

I have a very close friend. I love her immensely but recently I have become overwhelmed with her depression. Home school takes far less time than traditional school, so you will have much more time to pursue social activities. Also traditional school does not really offer real world socialization, it is forced and artificial. In real life do you only socialize with 25 other people your own age who live in your neighborhood? Probably not. Is it easy to home school? NO!! It is a big commitment and one that you have to follow through with to be successful. Do you need to be a "certified" teacher to home school? Again no. Do you know that all a teaching degree is is a degree in crowd control? Home school kids usually do much better both academically and socially, and kids who are home schooled in high school have a much better chance of getting into the college of their choice as many colleges actively seek home school students over public school students. So my cycle is 28/30 days. It's been 40 days since my LMP though (almost 6 weeks). I've been "ually active" using pullout method a few times, and then a condom other times. I took a few pregnancy test (new choice dollar tree) and they came out negative, including one I took this morning. I've been reading on message boards about some women not testing positive until like week 6 or 7. Is there a good chance I could still be pregnant? I'm hungry ALL the time it's out of control, even things I don't like that much! Also I had tiny twinges of cramping last week, no bleeding at all tho or spotting, bloating in my abdomen (never bloated there, usually lower abdomen), breaking out BAD, cravings for sweets, and nausea but no acctual vomiting and sometimes lower back aches, lastly grew! Where can I get a Bathroom vent that vents from the long side?

Need to replace a bathroom vent/light unit but all in the stores have exhaust port coming from the short side of the unit - I do not want to have to cut into drywall to match the exhaust port - are there any vents that are convertible. Yesterday (march/21/2010) we got 5 Inches of snow in Dallas,Tx were I live, so we should had broke the record for the snowiest winter ever but I found out that they mesured it as 1.3in only so the total snow this winter is 17.1 inches which was actully or suppose to be 20.8.Okay it was a total of 15.8 before yesterday's storm but now they measured 1.3in from the storm, but in dallas we got way more we got 5in I even made sure that I went outside and it was 5in so this winter in dallas we should had a total of 20.8 Iinches and it was measered 17.1in.I had asked my friends and they said that that is because they measered it in the DFW airport not in dallas.the old record snowfall in dallas for the snowiest winter was 17.6. Kicked out of their apartment, moved in on us, kicked out of their house for not paying the bills moved in on us. They lived with us in My NEW trailer in 2004 I came in from Work they were both unemployed at the time. And she attacked me tried to stab me with a Fork. I called the COPS had them removed with Force. In 2007 they moved back in and same thing all over. I said enough gave them the Ultimatum Out or Jail. But everytime I am Veto'ed by my husband. They tell some lies to get me in trouble. So I am made to let them come back. Now Our son had a 3rd Degree ault and Battery on a Guy in 2009. And in February 2011 he got a 3rd Degree Domestic ault and Battery on his wife. But in April Sons wife Quit her job, and May Sons wifes sister who lives with them Quit her Job. I feel like I am doing something very wrong. Very very solid! My only possible suggestion would be to consider starting Sims Walker instead of Driver. Driver's having a decent season, but the MN def is scary and Rodgers is the sack king of the league at the moment. I don't know what is wrong with the OL in GB, but this may be a game where you sit any GB receiver. Sims Walker is actually slated to have a good game, since the TN secondary is a bit chaotic at the moment and people are throwing on them at will.

Part of my life has been focused on being a musician. I have been playing guitar for many years and the playing style I use most is called shredding. That basically means that I play complex scales and licks at a very fast speed. I use a metronome to time my progress and I have gotten to a point where I can sweep a 9 note arpagio per 1 second and I don't just slop through it. Each note is pronounced and articulate. I'm not sure if it is a disease, being that it is not transferable to others by touch or air born. But for what ever reason a lot of females specifically have this desire so strong to be as thin as possible with no regard for the fact they are hurting themselves and it breaks the hearts of the ones that love them. I should make myself a bit more clear, anorexia does not start out as a disease, but becomes one because of repeated abuse of ones self. Just like with alcohol, a little can go a long way, a lot will hurt you. But there is also a psychological need of want to find and get exception and love from others and some how they see that being thin is the way to do it. But they never find what they are looking for, for it's like the wind. Of course it would be nice if all the models would start looking normal. Just saw an ad with Brook Shields and her Calvin jeans. Shes so proud to still be able to wear the same size of jeans that she did when she was 15! What ever! This does not make her a good example to follow! She may be a naturally thin person. But the many young girls and women who find that a cool way to be are not naturally thin and have to go to extremes to get there! This sift as you call it has been going on for centuries. We do a little bit of tummy time, but she never lasts long before she's screaming so she doesn't really like it. What she loves is to be sat up. I just set her on her bum, hold her little hands and she supports herself very well. No probs with her head wobbling either. She doesn't slouch tons, but isn't sitting straight up of course, but my mother said to not do the sitting too much as her spine isn't strong enough to support doing it?
